All EtM goods are preloved, so some wear is to be expected. We do our best to document substantial flaws but may not be able to capture them all.

Do you clean or repair the products?

All EtM goods are cleaned as thoroughly as possible before being delivered to you. 

We try to avoid sourcing goods that are damaged and require repair, so repair work is not typically needed. If we do repair a product, it will be disclosed in the listing. 

Due to the vintage and secondhand nature of EtM goods, signs of wear are to be expected.

Please review the full product listing and all photos prior to ordering. All sales are final.

Do you accept product requests?

We cannot guarantee we will be able to find what you are looking for, but feel free to send us a message if you are coveting something specific. We love a good treasure hunt!

Where do you source your products?

Most EtM goods are found in Arizona, where we are based, but we never pass up the opportunity to shop secondhand when we travel.

is everything you sell vintage?

Our goal is to re-home cool objects, regardless of their age. We carry both vintage and modern-secondhand goods.  

Where can I leave a review/read reviews?

Since every EtM product is one-of-a-kind, we do not include product reviews on our site.

where can I shop in real life?

We do not have a retail location at this time; however, we regularly pop up at Phoenix events (keep an eye on our IG, @enoughtomelt, for updates). If you’d like to have EtM at your event, send us an email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All Enough to Melt sales are final and we do not accept exchanges. We do our best to document substantial flaws, but may not be able to capture them all. Please closely review product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

If you believe an item has been misrepresented, please contact us as soon as possible for resolution.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept all major debit/credit cards, and PayPal. We also offer Enough to Melt digital gift cards.

*At in-person events, we also accept Venmo and cold-hard cash.

  • CAN I SPLIT AN ORDER BETWEEN A GIFT CARD AND A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD? 100%! If the order exceeds the value on the gift card, you can pay the remainder with our standard payment methods (debit/credit card or PayPal).

  • CAN I USE LESS THAN THE FULL VALUE OF THE GIFT CARD? When using a gift card, the full value of it will always be applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card, unless the order total is less than the card’s balance.

  • DO SALES/DISCOUNTS APPLY TO THE PURCHASE OF GIFT CARDS? No. Sales and discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases; however, these discounts are applicable on orders paid for with a gift card.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE GIFT CARD BALANCE? The lucky recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they will see the remaining balance, if there is any.

  • CAN I ADD VALUE TO A GIFT CARD? No. Once a gift card’s value is used, it cannot be reloaded.

  • CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD ON AN ORDER? Sure thing!

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GIFT CARD CODE IS LOST? Don’t sweat it, just send us a message at yooo@enoughtomelt.com and we’ll help you out!

Shipping & DELIVERY

 

How do you ship?

We are proud to support the USPS and ship all packages through their priority mail service. Most orders ship within 5 business days of ordering, unless otherwise noted. We will provide tracking information once available. *If you need to delay shipping, please let us know in the “notes” section at checkout (step 3).

At this time we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees vary and are calculated based on the weight of your entire order (approximate weight of products +size/weight of packing materials).

General weight-shipping fee guidelines:

  • <0.25 lb packages: Free shipping

  • 0.26-0.5 lb packages: $7

  • 0.51-2 lb packages: $12

  • 2.01-5 lb packages: $16

  • 5.01-8 lb packages: $20

  • 8.01 lb+ packages: $30

If you are located in the Metro Phoenix area, consider skipping shipping and request Phoenix pickup or drop-off at checkout.

How does pick up & drop-off work?

We offer free pickup or $5 drop-offs to locals. If you are in the Metro Phoenix area, feel free to select one of these options at checkout.

  • Free Phoenix Pickup: If you select this option at checkout, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout to coordinate a day/time window for you to pick up your order.

    Pickups will be in the Uptown Phoenix area (Central Ave-Camelback Ave). Customers also have the option to pick up at Monsoon Market. Please specify in your order notes, if you’d prefer this option.

  • $5 Drop-Off (Metro Phoenix only): If you select this option at checkout, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout to coordinate a weekend delivery day/time window.

    Drop-offs will take place during weekends only (we may be able to accommodate weekday deliveries—let us know if this is needed).

    *We can hold pickup & drop-off orders for up to 2 weeks.

    *If you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours of placing an order with pickup or drop-off, please check your spam/junk folders or reach out to yooo@enoughtomelt.com.

What if My package is lost or damaged in transit?

Please contact us at yooo@enoughtomelt.com as soon as possible if you have an issue with your package.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for it being lost, stolen or delayed. That said, if you notify us of any shipping or delivery issues, we will do our best to troubleshoot.

If your order arrives with damage, be sure to include photos or videos of the damage when reaching out.

How long does shipping/DELIVERY take?

All items ship from Phoenix, Arizona via USPS. Transit times will vary based on the final destination. Since packages are shipped through the priority mail service, most arrive within 2-3 business days.

Please note: Packages may be delayed in transit, especially during peak shipping times (the holidays). If you need to get an item sooner and are located in Metro Phoenix, consider our pickup or drop-off options.
